These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shorts Control, including the website and online service at shortscontrol.website (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Shorts Control is a creator workflow product for planning short-form video, generating and organizing assets with optional AI and media providers, and (when you connect accounts) interacting with third-party platforms such as YouTube. Features may include channel ideation chat, video plans, captions for multiple platforms, image and video generation integrations, text-to-speech, assembly of clips into a single file, and uploads to services you authorize.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access using the contact method published on the Service.
You retain rights to content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Shorts Control a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service — including sending all or part of it to integrated AI and media providers when you use features that require processing.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and to grant this license, and that Your Content does not violate law or third-party rights.
The Service may connect to third-party services (for example YouTube, TikTok, Instagram-related copy fields, Google AI, Supabase, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, or Kie.ai). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules (including community guidelines, disclosure requirements for synthetic or AI-assisted media, and copyright).
Features that use artificial intelligence may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using outputs. We do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness for a purpose.

If we offer paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORTS CONTROL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify Shorts Control and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may have non-waivable rights to sue in their home jurisdiction under mandatory local law.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also have mandatory rights under local law; nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate (for example by posting on the Service or by email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
